It checks three layers. Phrases: throat-clearing openers, emphasis crutches, business jargon, vague declaratives, meta-commentary. Structures: binary contrasts, negative listings, dramatic fragmentation, false agency, passive voice. Sentences are hard rules: no Wh- openers, no em dashes, no staccato fragments, no lazy extremes, active voice required. Scoring runs one to ten on directness, rhythm, trust, authenticity and density; under 35 of 50, revise. Reference files load on demand, so SKILL.md alone in a system prompt is enough to start.
