Turning a Vague Ask Into One /goal Command preview

It leads with an answer, not a form: the recommended version plus one line on why, then four numbered questions. Risk is tiered concretely: low-risk uncertainty gets an assumption and moves on; only credentials, production data, destructive operations, regulated judgement and publishing reach the pause conditions. Words like premium are not deleted but translated into verifiable checks, capped at three focused rounds. A bundled linter catches placeholders, empty verification and unbounded retries.
