158 Research Skills, and Advice Not to Install All preview

The authors actively discourage installing everything, and the reason is candid: when they wrote every skill themselves a full install made sense, but with heavy community contribution they have not reviewed each one in depth. On top of that, 158 skills are a large permanent context, so a thematic subset is recommended. A third-party scanner runs incrementally each week and fully at least every thirty days, with results published in the repo. Each skill also states its own licence, which may differ from the repo's MIT.
