Kami: Documents That Read Like Printed Pages

Added 2026-08-06

The author's diagnosis: AI already writes good documents; what's missing isn't capability but constraint. Without a design system, every session drifts into generic grey. Kami supplies the constraint.

Kami: Documents That Read Like Printed Pages preview

One constraint language behind eight document templates — one-pager, long doc, letter, portfolio, resume, slides, equity report, changelog . The visual language is fixed: a warm parchment canvas at #f5f4ed, ink blue #1B365D as the only accent, hierarchy carried by serifs. The author is explicit: not a UI framework but a constraint system for printed matter, where documents read as composed pages, not dashboards. No slash command needed; a plain request triggers it, and Japanese and Korean run a best-effort CJK path with visual QA.
