Detection splits in two: one half hunts AI tells — side-tab borders, purple gradients, bounce easing; the other checks design quality: line length, cramped padding, small tap targets, skipped heading levels. Deterministic rules sit on one side, LLM-only critique on the other; performance and accessibility are in the latter, outside the 59. Run init first: it asks whether the surface is brand or product, writes PRODUCT.md and DESIGN.md that every later command reads. He states his starting point: Anthropic's frontend-design skill.
